How to assemble a Cheese and Charcuterie Board | daisysworld.net

Whether hosting a sit-down dinner or having a few friends over for drinks, having a Cheese and Charcuterie Board ready when your guests arrive is a quick, no-cook way to get the party started. The key is to have a good selection of cheeses, meats, and accompaniments so your guests can try a little bit of everything, and perhaps, even discover a new cheese or cured meat.trans Cheese and Charcuterie Board

  1. Yes! I love making cheese plates for parties. It really ups the sophistication level, plus it’s amazingly delicious. Sometimes on a lazy Sunday my boyfriend and I will set up an elaborate cheese board for ourselves and have it as lunch.

Not to toot my own horn, but I’ve found that the pickled chard stems on my blog make a great addition to a cheese board. A little sweet, a little acidic and salty. I was surprised by how well they worked.

  2. Look at the prosciutto wrapped grissini. That’s one of the things I miss. Your top photo is perfectly splendid. Worthy of “Saveur”. Well done, Daisy!
