Making gourmet pizza at home is easier than you think . . . and a lot of fun, too! The beauty of making it yourself is that there’s more flexibility so you can add all your favorite toppings and it’s usually less expensive than at the pizzeria. After a few tries . . . you’ll probably be hooked and won’t want to wait for your pizza to be delivered!
Impress your friends and family with this gourmet pizzeria-style pizza. It’s easy to make and it’s a delicious alternative to the more common tomato-based pies! Good Idea
Love the main picture the best but all are lovely and the pizza looks delish!
Thank you so much, Pam!

This sounds absolutely amazing! I may have to have a ‘make-your-own’ pizza night so that I can have my pesto and sun-dried tomatoes that nobody else here will eat. Then they can have their favorites and I can have mine!
That’s what’s great about making it at home. You can use whatever topping you want and customize for each member of the family.
Thanks for visiting, Kat!

Wow that looks great! Added plus that homemade pizza is so much healthier that delivery…
Yes, of course, it’s definitely much healthier to have homemade pizza. Can’t believe I neglected to write that.

I loooooove homemade pesto on pizza! My favorite topping combo is pesto, mushrooms, olives, and Fontina cheese. I’ll have to try it your way, though–looks fabulous!
Love your combo as well! Next time….

This looks so delicious. I need to make it.
Thanks for visiting, Isidro!

I am always afraid to attempt making pizza without red sauce, not because I’m not adventurous, but because I’m afraid I’ll mess it up. Given a yummy looking recipe in front of me, I will definitely try it! Thanks!
Gardengirl, I hope you give it a try! Making pesto from scratch is easy, but if you have a favorite one in a jar, use it. Let me know how it goes.

Looks yummy. I’ve ordered something similar at a restaurant before, but yours looks better!
Thank you so much, Emily!
