This pasta is ideal for a potluck or picnic. It will feed a large group and can sit out a bit at the buffet table. But that’s not the only reason to make this Greek orzo salad. While not as popular as beef or turkey, lamb creates a very tasty burger. Topped with feta cheese, sliced red onion, and a generous dollop of cumin mayonnaise, these lamb sliders have a decidedly Greek flair. The salty feta is the perfect accompaniment to the meaty lamb.
